About the Role
The Microsoft 365 Specialist will guide clients throughout the entire project process, from needs assessment to technical implementation. The role involves managing a personal portfolio of clients as well as participating in cross-client projects, providing technical support, and collaborating closely with colleagues. The work primarily takes place at the office, with flexibility for occasional remote days.
Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Plan and manage project implementation
- Handle technical deployment of solutions
- Follow up on and evaluate completed projects
- Provide technical support and collaborate with team members
- Work with technologies including Microsoft 365 (Modern Work and Security), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025), server roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, RDS, IIS, SQL, hypervisor), networking (firewall, switch, Wi-Fi, VPN, MPLS), and scripting (PowerShell, Batch)
Required Skills
- Professional experience in setup, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 solutions
- Ability to take ownership and ensure tasks are completed
- Microsoft 365 certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with colleagues and clients
- Residency in the region with own transportation
