About the Role
The Financial Analyst will focus on leveraging data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to develop Power BI reports and dashboards. This role is suited for professionals who excel in a data-driven environment and enjoy transforming ERP data into actionable financial insights. The position contributes to finance and business intelligence efforts, supporting strategic financial decision-making through reporting and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 F&O data, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Procurement, and Fixed Assets modules
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement BI reporting solutions
- Perform financial analysis and modeling using ERP and external data sources
- Design efficient and scalable data models and queries in Power BI
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accurate reporting
- Ensure data integrity and implement quality control for dashboards and reports
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting through BI tools and ERP integration
- Provide ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives
Required Skills
- Expertise in Power BI report writing
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills
