About the Role
The Dynamics 365 CE Consultant will independently manage client workshops, configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE (including Project Operations and Field Service), and leverage Power Platform tools to deliver tailored solutions. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants and contributing to high-quality client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client workshops: gather requirements, ask questions, challenge ideas, and guide discussions toward clear outcomes
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE environments, primarily Project Operations and Field Service
- Use Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) to extend CE functionality
- Collaborate with developers on integrations and extensions
- Produce clear documentation, test deliverables, and ensure clients understand how to use solutions
- Support and guide junior consultants when needed
Required Skills
- Experience with at least two Dynamics 365 CE modules and end-to-end project delivery
- Strong client-facing skills, including running workshops and managing tasks independently
- Understanding of business processes and software adaptation
- Proficiency in configuring and extending CE environments: fields, forms, views, flows, apps, etc.
- Experience using Power Platform tools in live projects
- Structured, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Curiosity about Microsoft ecosystem advancements and AI technologies
- Professional working proficiency in English and Hungarian
- At least one passed Microsoft certification exam (e.g., PL-200, MB-210, or similar)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar functional consultant role
