As part of their growing Dynamics 365 CE team, you’ll contribute to exciting digital transformation projects while learning from experienced consultants and working with the latest Microsoft technologies. Your Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM – from requirements gathering and functional design to configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing support
- Configure and adapt Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) to meet business needs
- Translate business processes into system solutions, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation
- Assist in developing and extending solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) to complement Dynamics 365 CRM
- Act as the main point of contact for users, providing training, documentation, and post-go-live guidance to encourage adoption
- Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
Your Profile
- 2+ years of D365 CRM/CE experience
- Strong knowledge of at least one CRM module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing)
- Practical experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) is a strong plus
- Ability to understand business requirements, document processes, and configure CRM solutions accordingly
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-facing mindset
