Dynamics 365 QA / BA (Chandler, AZ)
Overview:
A leading enterprise organization is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support ongoing initiatives within a complex, onsite environment. This role will focus on aligning business processes with ERP system capabilities, with an emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX2012) and/or Dynamics 365.
This is a hands-on position requiring a well-rounded professional who can contribute across business analysis, testing/QA, and project coordination, while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
- Support ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing system optimization
- Participate in testing efforts including test case development, execution, and defect resolution
- Assist with coordination of project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP solutions
- Support documentation, training, and end-user adoption efforts
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX2012) and/or Dynamics 365
- Strong background in ERP-focused business analysis
- Experience supporting testing/QA processes (UAT, test cases, defect tracking)
- Exposure to project coordination or project management activities
- Familiarity with MRP systems and manufacturing environments is highly preferred
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting ERP upgrades or migrations (AX to D365)
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Experience in large-scale or enterprise environments
