Senior Programmer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Location – Los Angeles, CA, 90012
Duration – 12 months
Mostly Remote (Onsite, once a week)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET, Power Platform, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of complex enterprise applications while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Build and support applications using C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and Power Platform.
- Develop SQL Server databases, stored procedures, reports, and integration packages.
- Create technical documentation, system architecture, integration, testing, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure application quality, security, performance, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, recommendations, and project status updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in a lead role.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- 5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and source control practices.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
