- Third-Party Materials – External resources, software, or services integrated where necessary.
Use of the Platform
dynamics-career.com provides a platform designed to help employers post job opportunities and candidates explore career options. Users may create accounts, upload profiles, post jobs, apply for opportunities, and communicate within the scope of the platform’s functionality.
Use of the site and its services must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
Service Engagements
Where specific services are agreed beyond standard platform use (e.g., premium recruitment services), those services will be governed by an Agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
We apply commercially reasonable efforts and professional judgment when delivering services in accordance with the Agreement.
Proposals and Scope Validity
Unless otherwise stated, proposals for additional services remain open for 30 days. After this period, we may revise them.
Work outside the agreed scope must be authorized in writing before proceeding.
Fees, Costs, and Taxes
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Third-party costs are billed separately
- Approved out-of-pocket expenses may be charged at cost
- Clients are responsible for applicable taxes
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within five (5) days of issuance unless a different period is agreed in writing. Payments may be linked to project phases or milestones.
Late payments may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
Scope Changes
All change requests must be submitted in writing.
Minor adjustments that do not materially affect cost or schedule may be implemented without formal amendment. Major changes that affect pricing or deliverables require a revised Agreement.
Updated proposals should be accepted within fourteen (14) working days.
Delays and Force Majeure
If timelines are delayed due to incomplete client input, missing approvals, or unavailable materials, project schedules will be extended accordingly.
Events beyond reasonable control may also justify adjusted timelines without constituting breach.
Review and Acceptance
Deliverables undergo internal review before submission.
Clients have seven (7) working days to review delivered outputs and request revisions within scope. Absence of feedback within this period may be treated as acceptance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and complete information
- Ensure Client Content does not infringe third-party rights
- Provide timely approvals and responses
- Review deliverables for accuracy unless otherwise agreed
Use Restrictions
Users must not:
- Interfere with site operations or security
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Use automated tools without permission
- Submit fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful content
Intellectual Property
All proprietary tools, systems, branding, and content owned by dynamics-career.com remain our property.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to display, store, and process it for platform operation.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during engagements. This obligation does not apply to publicly available information or information independently obtained without breach.
Independent Contractor
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture between dynamics-career.com and any user. We may employ subcontractors where appropriate while retaining responsibility for performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services and platform functionality are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services connected to the claim.
dynamics-career.com is not responsible for employment decisions made by users.
Support Services
Support or additional services are provided only if agreed in writing. Such services may be billed separately. Any warranty may not apply to deliverables modified by others without authorization.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version published on dynamics-career.com governs use. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any updates.
