Job Opening: Lead Medical Technologist

Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis on patient samples
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results
- Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory
- Adhere to laboratory quality control and safety procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
